Bell Meditation

In this meditation, you mindfully listen to the bell. When you notice that your mind has drifted off in a thought, you gently and nonjudgmentally come back to the sound of the bell. This is like a breath meditation, except that the “meditation object” is the sound of a bell rather than the sensation of breath. The bell helps to interrupt the constant stream of thoughts that are usually present in our minds, allowing for a calming experience.

You can meditate for five or ten minutes, using a timer, or for the full 15 minutes of the recording.
